About AMVerse

1 What is AMVerse?

AMVerse is a free, ad-free Adopt Me pet value tracker built by active members of the Adopt Me trading community. It was created to solve a frustration that every trader knows well: Elvebredd and AMVGG — the two most widely-used Adopt Me value lists — sometimes list different prices for the same pet. Before AMVerse, comparing them meant switching between two tabs. AMVerse puts both sources side by side in one place, updated every hour.

There are no accounts, no paywalls, and no ads. The tool is free to use for the entire community.

2 How the data works

AMVerse runs an automated scraper every hour that fetches the published value lists from Elvebredd and AMVGG. The values are stored as timestamped snapshots in a database, allowing AMVerse to display full value history charts going back months. AMVerse does not create or editorially modify any values — it aggregates and compares what the two sources publish, unchanged.

When the two sources agree on a value, traders can feel more confident. When they disagree, AMVerse surfaces the gap with a delta indicator so you can negotiate with full information, regardless of which list your trading partner uses.

4 Rarity tiers explained

Adopt Me pets are classified into rarity tiers from most common to rarest. Understanding rarity helps predict trade value — higher-rarity pets generally command higher prices, though demand, age, and event availability also matter.

• Common — Widely available, low trade value. Often obtained from basic eggs or the nursery.
• Uncommon — Slightly harder to obtain. Minor trade value over Common pets.
• Rare — Noticeably harder to find. Moderate trade value.
• Ultra-Rare — Difficult to obtain. Significant trade value.
• Legendary — The hardest to obtain. Highest trade value tier. Legendary pets like the Frost Dragon and Shadow Dragon are among the most traded in the game.

Within each rarity, pets can be traded in Normal, Neon, or Mega Neon form. A Neon is four identical pets fused together. A Mega Neon is four Neons fused — making it four times rarer again. This multiplier effect means a Legendary Mega Neon pet can be worth dramatically more than its Normal counterpart.

5 Elvebredd vs AMVGG — what's the difference?

Elvebredd and AMVGG are two independent community-maintained value lists for Adopt Me. Each is maintained by a different team of experienced traders using their own methodology — different polling approaches, different update schedules, and different editorial judgements about how trade consensus translates into a listed value.

Neither list is definitively "correct". Both reflect the collective opinion of their respective communities at a given moment. Differences of 10–30% between the two sources for the same pet are common, particularly for newly released or rapidly-changing pets. AMVerse shows both numbers simultaneously precisely because this disagreement is informative, not a flaw — when sources converge, a trade value is well-established; when they diverge, you know to negotiate carefully.
