Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using amverse.co, the AMVerse Android app, or the AMVerse desktop overlay app (collectively, "AMVerse", "the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of AMVerse after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Description of Service

AMVerse is a free, community-oriented set of tools - a website, an Android app, and a desktop overlay app - that aggregate and display Adopt Me pet values sourced from Elvebredd and AMVGG. AMVerse provides value comparisons, historical charts, a trade calculator, and - for users who choose to sign in - pet tracking and value alerts, all for informational purposes only.

AMVerse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adopt Me, Roblox, Discord, Elvebredd, or AMVGG. All game content, characters, and related assets are the property of their respective owners.

3 Accounts & Sign-In

Creating an AMVerse account is entirely optional and is only needed for pet tracking, value alerts, and notifications. You can create an account by signing in with your Discord or Roblox account through their respective OAuth systems - we never see or store your password.

You're responsible for:

Maintaining the security of the Discord or Roblox account you use to sign in to AMVerse.
All activity that occurs through your AMVerse account.
Meeting the minimum age requirements set by Discord and/or Roblox for the account you sign in with.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts used to abuse the Service - for example, creating excessive alerts to overload our systems, or attempting to access another user's data.

4 Use of the Service

You may use AMVerse for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from AMVerse - including its mobile API - without prior written permission.
Use the API, the mobile app's authentication exchange, or any endpoint in a way that causes excessive server load or disrupts service for other users.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Service, including the Android app or desktop overlay app.
Create excessive or abusive numbers of tracked pets, alerts, or notification subscriptions.
Use AMVerse for any unlawful purpose, in violation of any applicable laws, or in violation of Discord's or Roblox's own Terms of Service.
Reproduce, redistribute, or resell AMVerse content or data without permission.

5 Alerts & Notifications

AMVerse offers value alerts that can notify you via Discord DM, push notification, and/or in-app notification when a pet's value crosses a threshold you set. These notifications are provided on a best-effort basis only. We do not guarantee that any notification will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered at all - delivery depends on third-party systems (Discord, Firebase Cloud Messaging, your device's notification settings, network conditions, and your own notification preferences) that are outside our control.

Do not rely on AMVerse alerts as your sole method of tracking trade opportunities. We are not responsible for any missed trades, financial losses, or other consequences resulting from a notification that was delayed, not delivered, or inaccurate.

6 Accuracy of Information

Pet values displayed on AMVerse are sourced from third-party value lists (Elvebredd and AMVGG) and updated hourly via automated scraping. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any values shown.

Do not make real-money trading decisions based solely on AMVerse data. Values in Adopt Me are community-driven estimates and can change rapidly. AMVerse is provided for reference only.

7 Mobile & Desktop Applications

The AMVerse Android app and desktop overlay app are provided under these same Terms. By installing or using either app, you additionally agree that:

The desktop overlay app periodically checks for and downloads updates via GitHub Releases. You're responsible for keeping the app updated to continue receiving accurate data and security fixes.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue either app, or specific features within them, at any time without notice.
Both apps depend on AMVerse's servers and third-party services (see our Privacy Policy) being available - we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to app features.

8 Intellectual Property

The AMVerse brand, logo, website design, app designs, and original code are owned by AMVerse. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

Pet names, images, and related content displayed on AMVerse are the intellectual property of their respective owners (Adopt Me / Roblox). AMVerse displays this content in good faith for informational, community-benefit purposes consistent with fair use.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

AMVerse - including its website, Android app, and desktop overlay app - is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
Data displayed will be accurate, complete, or current at all times.
Notifications and alerts will be delivered reliably or on time (see Section 5).
The Service will meet your specific requirements.

Your use of AMVerse is at your sole risk.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMVerse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service - including but not limited to losses arising from trade decisions made based on information displayed on the site, or from missed, delayed, or inaccurate alert notifications (see Section 5).

11 Third-Party Links & Services

AMVerse may link to, integrate with, or rely on external services such as Elvebredd, AMVGG, Discord, Roblox, Google/Firebase, and GitHub. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or conduct of those services. Links and integrations do not constitute endorsement.

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AMVerse - including your account, if you have one - at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, its users, or third parties.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication before any formal action is taken.
