- There is a 9.99% chance of obtaining a Shiver Wolf from the Shiver Cone Bait. Here are the tricks the Shiver Wolf learns in order: The Neon Shiver Wolf glows blue on its chest fur, inner ears, head fur, feet, and on the underside of its face and tail. The Mega Neon Shiver Wolf glows in the same areas as the Neon Shiver Wolf, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.
