Availability

The Toy Handcuffs are limited rare toys in Adopt Me! that were released as part of the Capuchin Fairground event, that began on April 5, 2024. As the event has ended, they are only available through opening any remaining Standard Capuchin Boxes or Premium Capuchin Boxes. They are also obtainable through trading.

Notes

The Toy Handcuffs feature two gray comprise parts, linked with a gray chain. When a player combined three Toy Handcuffs and a Capuchin Monkey during the event's duration, their Capuchin Monkey would be transformed into an Inmate Capuchin Monkey. They now only behave as a chew toy. When a player throws the Toy Handcuffs, their pet will retrieve them and sit with them in its mouth until the player clicks on their pet. This item can be used to fulfill the 'catch' ailment on pets. When specifically requested by a pet for this ailment, it provides a 3x Bucks and XP bonus.
